Prices listed include bed linen, towels and electricity and logs plus complementary use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Babysitting can be arranged on request.

Short Breaks
3 Nights - 70% of weekly cost
4 Nights - 80% of weekly cost
5 Nights - 90% of weekly cost

Terms of Booking
Once confirmed a deposit will be required of £100 per week and a confirmation letter will be sent. The remainder will be required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

In the event of cancellation and if the property is not re-booked the full amount for the accomodation will be payable.

The cottages are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Please ensure the cottages are left in clean and tidy and advise of any damages. You will be held responsible for any breakages or damage.

Although we allow 1 dog in all our cottages except Cider House, we request they do not sit on any furniture and are not left alone in the property. Any damages must be paid for in full.
